WARREN, Pa. – The Warren Public Library held a Whales on Wheels Paint Party on the front lawn on July 16, and it turned out to be the perfect day for an outdoor event.
Wooden whales were created and generously donated by the Toy Shoppe of Warren. The children had fun and their whales turned out great!
Please be reminded that children who signed up for Warren Library’s reading program have until August 10 to bring in their reading logs and get their reading prizes.
