SAEGERTOWN, Pa. – Saegertown’s Mikaila Obenrader issued just two walks and didn’t allow a hit in six total innings as Saegertown swept a doubleheader against visiting Youngsville.
SAEGERTOWN 16, YOUNGSVILLE 0, 3 INNINGS
Rylie Braymer and Mikaila Obenrader each had three hits and four RBIs, and Obenrader pitched three no-hit innings as Saegertown topped visiting Youngsville, 16-0.
Braymer also scored three times. Two of Obenraders hits went for doubles and both extra-base hits came in the Panthers’ 12-run first inning. She walked two and struck out eight in the circle.
Alyssa Arblaster also had three hits and scored three runs, while Hailee Gregor had two hits and drove in a pair.
SAEGERTOWN 22, YOUNGSVILLE 0, 3 INNINGS
Brittany Houck homered and doubled as part of a 4-hit game and Mikaila Obenrader threw a second 3-inning no-hitter as Saegertown beat Youngsville 22-0 in the second game of a doubleheader.
Houck scored four times and had three RBIs. Hailee Gregor had three hits, including a triple, and four RBIs. Abigail Kirdahy and Rhiannon Paris each had three hits and three RBIs.
Obenrader was perfect through three innings with eight strikeouts.
