WARREN, Pa. – Parents, get those candy buckets ready. Warren County is offering a plethora of trick-or-treat options this Halloween.

Municipalities, charitable organizations and private businesses are all providing options to trick-or-treaters.
“I hope it helps the community have a better holiday,” said Allison Mineweaser, who organized a contactless event among county businesses.
The City of Warren has posted safety tips on its website, including wearing bright costumes and using a flashlight, and is encouraging those who do participate during the city’s trick-or-treat hours to follow CDC guidelines as well.
The general rules of trick-or-treating apply within municipalities. Children should be accompanied by a parent or guardian and only go to homes with the porch light on.
“We don’t want to be cumbersome (with rules),” Youngsville Borough Manager Lisa Hagberg said. “We encourage people to follow the (CDC) guidance.”
Most of the county’s trick-or-treat options are set for Halloween night, though at least one event will take place Oct. 30.
