Andy CloseNancy A. Nasman Nichols, 78, of Warren, PA., died peacefully Tuesday morning, June 15, 2021, at Manchester Commons of Presbyterian Senior Care, Erie, PA. after a brief illness
She was born in Russell, PA., and was the daughter of Axel and Alice Roberts Nasman. Nancy was a lifelong Warren area resident and a 1960 graduate of Warren High School.
She had been employed for 30+ years at Warren General Hospital in the billing department and volunteered there after retirement. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church. Nancy was an avid Blue Devils Basketball fan. She was a pet lover. She always put others needs before hers. Family, especially her children were her whole life and joy.
She is survived by her three children, Beth Anne Nichols of Erie, PA., Julie Stilwell and husband, Scott of Bay City, Michigan, Michael Nichols of University Heights, Ohio, 2 Brothers – Wayne Nasman and wife, Pam, Richard “Rick” Nasman and wife, Dianne all of Warren, PA., several nieces, nephews and grandkitties. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles H. Nichols whom she married November 2, 1963, in Warren, PA., a sister-in-law, Catherine Nasman.
Friends may call on Friday, June 16, 2021, at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., 304 East Street, Warren, PA. from 12:00 Noon until 1:00 P.M. when a funeral and committal service will be conducted by Rev. Rebecca Taylor, Pastor of First Presbyterian Church, officiating.
Interment will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Russell, PA.
