Lorraine P. Wrobleski

Lorraine P. Wrobleski, 82, of Russell, Pa., passed away peacefully on Jan. 15, 2022, at UPMC Hamot, Erie, Pa.

Lorraine was born on Feb. 3, 1939, in Smoke Run, Pa., Clearfield County, the daughter of the late Samuel and Dorothy Robeson Martin.

She was employed at the New Process Company. Lorraine was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and homemaker. She enjoyed gardening, crocheting, needlepoint, traveling and camping with her family. She will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew and loved her.

Lorraine is survived by her husband, Daniel D. Wrobleski, whom she married Oct. 13, 1956; four daughters: Debbie Alspaugh and husband, Fred of Lander, Pa., Connie Gage and husband, Michael of Russell, Pa., Carrie Chambers and husband, Kevin of Russell, Pa., and Darlene Repke of Simpsonville, S.C.; four siblings: Tom Martin and wife, Bonnie, Sandy Martin, Val Martin and Barry Martin and wife, Toni; nine grandchildren: Katrina Loree, Brittney Quattrone, Lindsey Gage, Mecala, Ethan, and Ryan Chambers, Kiley Spicer, Kelsey and Justin Repke; 11 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters: Dotty Hedstrom and Bonnie Anderson; three brothers: Dean, Glynn, and Doug Martin.

Friends will be received on Thursday, Jan. 20, 2022, at the Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc. 1003 Penna Ave E. War-en, from 4-6 p.m., at which time a memorial service will be held with the Rev. Bill Beaty, pastor, Grace United Methodist Church, officiating

The family suggests memorials be made in Lorraine’s name to a charity of choice.
