WARREN, Pa. – The Bears continued their torrid start to the season, Triton Ringer ran wild for the Steelers and the Bills and Bucs got defensive in wins during NFL Little Legends Flag Football play on Thursday.
STEELERS 38, DOLPHINS 24
Triton Ringer scored all six Steelers touchdowns in a 38-24 win over the Dolphins.
All six scores were long rushing TDs from the Steelers’ side of the field and Ringer added a 2-point conversion as well.
Harrison Williams and Laken Dodge scored touchdowns for the Dolphins.
BEARS 34, TEXANS 0
The Bears’ defense pitched a shutout and helped their own cause with a pick-six in a 34-0 win over the Texans.
Liam Muller had a passing touchdown and caught a 2-point conversion. Mary Bennett threw the conversion to Muller and had a rushing TD. Ruthie Abplanalp had a rushing score and Pete Bailey caught Muller’s TD pass.
AJ Harris recorded a safety and had the pick-six on defense. He also added a rushing score.
BUCS 12, TITANS 8
Kinsley Dean had a pair of touchdowns and the Bucs’ defense held strong in a 12-8 win over the Titans.
Dean ran in one TD and caught a touchdown pass from Jace Abbot.
Gideon Milliman had a pick-six for the Titans and Kenton McGraw scored the 2-point conversion.
BILLS 14, COWBOYS 6
Seth Mocny had a rushing touchdown and Alex Haight an interception for the Cowboys.
