WARREN, Pa. – The Cowboys and Dolphins battled through four overtimes, while the Texans and Bears pitched shutouts and the Bills nearly doubled-up the Steelers in NFL Little Legends Flag Football League action Thursday.
COWBOYS 13, DOLPHINS 12, 4OT
Seth Mocny’s 1-point conversion run in the fourth overtime lifted the Cowboys to a 13-12 win over the Dolphins.
The Dolphins had a chance to answer, but a fumbled exchange allowed the Cowboys to seal the win.
In regulation, Lucas Lobdell threw a TD pass to Xavier Campbell, and Alex Haight had a rushing score for the Cowboys.
Harrison Williams scored both TDs for the Dolphins.
TEXANS 12, TITANS 0
Phinn Betts scored a pair of touchdowns and the defense held strong as the Texans defeated the Titans, 12-0.
Betts scored a rushing a receiving TD. Vance Anzalone threw the touchdown pass. Knox Young led the team in defensive flag pulls.
BEARS 18, BUCS 0
AJ Harris and Ruthie Abplanalp each had two touchdowns to help lead the Bears to an 18-0 win over the Bucs.
Abplanalp caught a TD pass from Liam Muller and threw one to Harris. Harris added a rushing score as well.
Pete Bailey had an interception.
