Little League: John Anderson Construction Completes Undefeated Season; A&B Heating Tops Allegheny Prints; Dahlstrom Roll Foam Edges Superior Tire

WARREN, Pa. – John Anderson Construction beat Betts, 9-3, in boys juniors’ Little League action to complete an undefeated season.

For John Anderson Construction, Heath Genis had three hits, while Michael Knapp doubled, and Broc Bryan and Mike Williams singled.

For Betts, Cole Fitzgerald had three singles and Reed Rutzsky also singled. Holden Demers pitched a complete game with 6 strikeouts.

BOYS’ MAJORS

A&B HEATING 6, ALLEGHENY PRINTS 2

A&B Heating finished the season with a division-best record of 12-1-1.

For A&B Heating, Tanner Stuart hit a single and struck out 6 batters. Ty Bryan struck out 10 of 14 batters he faced.

For Allegheny Prints, Conner Smith hit a double. Logan Ristau hit a single. Bentlee Moore hit a single. Wyatt Wilson hit a single.

BOYS’ MINORS

DAHLSTROM ROLL FOAM 9, SUPERIOR TIRE & RUBBER 8

Max Papalia lead things off on the mound for Dahlstroms pitching 3 1/3 innings, allowing 7 hits, 5 runs, and 8 K.
Ridgley Blum came out of the bullpen and pitched 1 2/3 innings allowing 3 hits with 3 K.

Papalia and Kenton each had multiple hits.

Starting off pitching for Superior Tire was Curtis McGraw going 3 innings striking out 6 while allowing 4 hits, 6 runs, and 6 walks. Out if the bullpen Marcus Williams closed having 6 K while allowing 1 hit, 3 runs, and 5 walks.

Charles Sienkiewicz went 4-4 with 2 doubles. Williams went 3-4 with 2 doubles. Landon Coppersmith and McGraw both had multiple hits.
