Library Offering Children’s Summer Programs

WARREN, Pa. – Join Ms. Susan at the Warren Public Library for Ocean Tales at 10:30 a.m. on Mondays, now through Aug. 1.

There will be ocean-themed stories, songs, crafts, and creative play. Aimed at ages one to four, but all ages are welcome. Groups of six or more are encouraged to phone Ms. Susan at 814 723-4650 x126 to schedule a special time for your group.

Block Party Saturdays: Saturdays, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Warren Public Library Children’s Department on June 25; July 2, 9, and 23. Block Parties provide children ample STEM opportunities for learning by playing with large wooden blocks, LEGO, Bloco Robots, and other toys that enhance the experience. Such play builds math, science, literacy, language, social and creative skills. This program is geared for ages three to eight, though all are welcome.

Petting Zoo at the Warren Library: Wednesday, June 22, 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. All ages are invited to enjoy Michael Morton’s farm animals in the Warren Public Library’s lawn on the Market Street side, rain or shine.
