Trailing 27-20 going into the final eight minutes, Warren outscored its Erie County opponent 16-1 the rest of the way en route to a 36-28 victory, handing Fairview its first loss in the process.
The win was a nice bounce-back for the Lady Dragons, who were coming off their first loss of the season at Villa.
Emma Ruhlman scored 15 points and pulled down 10 rebounds, while Riley Childress scored 10 points in the win. Childress scored seven of her 10 points in the fourth quarter.
Freshman Sammie Ruhlman made her first varsity start, scoring five points.
Sara Gennuso and Abby McCall scored six points each to lead Fairview.Â
Warren is back in action on Saturday when they host Corry.
