YOUNGSVILLE, Pa. – Youngsville junior Tommy Jukes had himself a week during Juniors bowling at Valley Bowling Center last week.
Jukes bowled seven straight strikes, and 10 total, on his way to a career-high game 268 during Saturday Juniors League action. He finished with 19 total strikes to roll a 606 series for the week. That helped him earn the top spot on the boys’ Varsity Team for the week ending Nov. 12 with a 708.
Dominic Sproveri narrowly missed a 500 series Saturday, finishing with a 495. Tydus Chase also rolled a 400 series with a 403. Deirdre Nelson (363) and Madalynn Perry (358) were both over 350 as well.
Braddock Damore paced Friday Juniors League play with a 574 series. Owen Blum (383), Payton Frank (365), Gavin Rex (358), and Casey Rich (361) were all over 350.
Rex (682) and Damore (670), along with Hunter Braley (Falconer, 653) joined Jukes on the boys’ Varsity Team.
Perry (691) took the top spot on the girls’ Varsity Team. Rounding out the team were Ella Card (Warren, 645), Lily Hokel (Warren, 621), and Katie Bunk (Eisenhower, 598).
