Judge Denies Gov. Wolf’s Motion

September 22, 2020

U.S District Judge William Stickman IV said that Gov. Tom Wolf and his administration hasn’t shown that ‘imminent and irreparable harm will occur,’ in regards to the state’s indoor and outdoor gather limits.

Stickman declined to stay his own ruling that Wolf’s size limits are unconstitutional.

Pennsylvania officials had asked Stickman to delay enforcement of his ruling, pending appeal.

The Pennsylvania House of Representatives was called back into voting session tomorrow to override the veto. Wolf also doubled-down on asking schools to voluntarily enforce restrictions.
