Johnson Scores First Career Hole-in-One at JVGC

WARREN, Pa. – Jackson Valley Golf Course Member Matt Johnson had his first-ever hole-in-one on Monday night during the Monday Night League.

The Monday Night League is a 2-person scramble league where the tees are varied each week.

While playing the Gold Tees, Johnson scored a hole-in-one on the Par-4 14th from 292 yards. Johnson struck his driver clean down the fairway and the ball rolled across the green into the cup.

Johnson and his partner used the momentum from this shot to carry them all the way to a 9-under score of 27 on the back-9 at JVGC, which is the lowest score of Monday Night League this year.
