Andy CloseIt is with sadness that we that we announce the passing of Jeanne Ann Manchester Jackson 74, on Monday June 14, 2021, after an extended stay in the hospital from an unexpected medical problem.
Jeanne was born February 22, 1947 in Clarendon, Pa to Basil and Marian Manchester who preceded her in death along with her sister Judy and brother Jeff.
Wife to Terry Jackson for 47 years from August 18,1973 until she parted earth. Dedicated Mom to Scott (Julie) of Avon, Ohio. Lance (Melissa) of Delmont, PA. Beloved grandma of six grandchildren, Hunter, Hannah, Holden, Amelia, Connor and Logan. She is also survived by two loving brothers Jim Manchester (Joyce) of Spotsylvania, VA, and Jerry Manchester (Laraine) of Warren, Pa. Jeanne was employed at the Blair New Process Center from 1965-1976 and the Rouse Suites in Youngsville from 2003-2018.
She had an infectious personality and could always be found with a smile. Anyone she met was not a stranger as she was always bubbly and friendly with them.
She asked for donations to be sent to Warren County Humane Society, 212 Elm St. Warren, Pa 16365 in her memory.
A celebration of her life will be held on Thursday June 24, 2021. Visitation from 3:00 to 4:00 with a service at 4:00 at the Free Methodist Church, 179 Davis St. Youngsville, PA. with the Rev. Nancy Schwanke, officiating. The family invites you to a luncheon at the church following the service.
