Flasher Sworn in as Newest Member of Warren City Council

Danielle Flasher is sworn in as a member of Warren City Council by district judge Raymond Zydonik.

WARREN, Pa. – Danielle Flasher was sworn in as an official member of the Warren City Council during Monday’s meeting.

Flasher, who was voted in during Monday’s special meeting, will replace Joe Michaels, who resigned his position on the council after moving outside the city for a new job opportunity.

She was sworn in by district judge Raymond Zydonik.

“I’ve watched, observed, and grown up here,” Flasher said. “It will be a privilege to serve. It’s something that will give me a great purpose.”
