WARREN, Pa. – There will be a send-off for the Warren Lady Dragons basketball team as they depart for their first-round state playoff game on Saturday.
The Lady Dragons, the third-place team from District 10, will travel to Beaver Falls to take on WPIAL runner-up Blackhawk, with tip-off slated for 2 p.m.
Those attending are asked to be somewhere along 5th Ave., Conewango Ave. or on Pennsylvania Ave. by 9:45 a.m., which is what time the bus will be departing the high school.
Pom-poms, signs and noise makers are encouraged.
