Elk Township has been approved for a Dirt and Gravel roads grant for next year on Reynolds Run Rd. totaling $231,256.
Through the Pennsylvania Dirt, Gravel, & Low Volume Roads Program, the PA State Conservation Commission (SCC) allocates $28 million annually to 65 of Pennsylvania’s Conservation Districts who are responsible for administering the program at the county level.
The monies for Reynolds Run will be used to repair the sluice pipe and bridge, helping to prevent washout in the area.
