East Forest Students Learn Gluten-free Cooking in Family/Consumer Science Class

Taylor Oliver and Kaylie Rooke are preparing spinach-artichoke sausage with homemade cauliflower gnocchi for their advanced cooking class.

MARIENVILLE, Pa. – East Forest High School students in Mrs. Gilara’s Family and Consumer Science classes recently learned about emerging issues and new trends.

In January, they are learning to cook Gluten-free, as many people are adapting their diets to live with Gluten.
