Crazy 8’s: Warren Blanks Franklin 8-0 to Move to 8-0 on the Season

October 2, 2020

FRANKLIN, Pa. – Warren’s boys soccer team may have thought it found itself involved in a card game following a win at Franklin Thursday. Crazy 8’s, perhaps?

The Dragons defeated the Knights 8-0 to improve to 8-0 on the season. JT Blum had a hat trick to lead the Warren offense.

John Page and Parks Ordiway each had a pair of goals and Mark Lynds also scored for the Dragons. Ian Darling, Wes Kiehl and Jack Darling added two assists apiece, while Lynds also chipped in a helper.

“The defense of Ricky Madril, Sean Duckett, Ethan Best, and Jack Darling continue to dominate opposing attacks,” Warren assistant coach Chris Darling said.

Alex Ferry picked up his sixth shutout of the season in net.

Warren returns to War Memorial Field Monday for a cross-county match against Eisenhower.
