ERIE – A continuance has been granted in the lawsuit brought against the Warren County School District by a group of students and parents.
An evidentiary and preliminary injunction hearing had been scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 13 at 10 a.m. The district’s attorney filed a motion for a continuance Monday and federal district judge Susan Paradise Baxter granted the continuance.
Michael Musone filed the motion on behalf of the district “in order to give the parties additional time to reach a possible resolution of this case.”
The preliminary injunction hearing is now scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 19 at 10 a.m.
