Conewango Township Spring Clean-Up Set for Friday & Saturday

May 8, 2023

STARBRICK, Pa. – Conewango Township will be holding its annual Community Residential Spring Clean-Up on Friday and Saturday, May 12 and 13.

The clean-up will be at the Conewango Township building at 4 Fireman Street, across from the Starbrick VFD, from 2 – 6 p.m. on Friday and from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. on Saturday. Township residents may dispose of unwanted household items and appliances for $10 per carload or $20 per truck/trailer load. The fee helps offset the cost of roll-off containers.

Most household items and appliances will be accepted, however, no commercial waste, tires, electronics, hazardous waste, yard wastes, propane tanks, or batteries will be taken.

The Township will have an area in the parking lot for tree limbs or branches smaller than three inches in diameter to be disposed of.

Conewango Township reserves the right to reject any unsuitable items.

The Township Secretary is available at 814-723-6410 or by email at [email protected] for any questions on what can be accepted.
