WARREN, Pa. – The Caregivers Support Group that meets on the first Thursday, will be held on Aug. 4, at 6 p.m. at Grace United Methodist Church, 501 PA Ave. East, Warren.
Please enter the church from the PA Ave. door to the Winger Room.
This meeting is open to all caregivers and any persons interested in learning more about Alzheimer’s Disease and other related dementias. A time for sharing concerns and questions is provided. Materials and resources pertaining to caregiving will be available.
Persons interested in supporting the 2022 Warren Area Walk to End Alzheimer’s Disease are invited to sign up for the Caregivers team, or to form a team of their own. Information about the Walk to be held on Saturday, September 24 will be available. Volunteers are always needed on Walk day, as well as walkers.
Signups will be taken for working at the Warren County Fair with the Caregivers Support Group in the ticket booths. There are a few spots remaining open. This is a fundraiser for our group’s team.
