WARREN, Pa. – A pair of high-profile cases had calendar calls at the Warren County Courthouse on Monday.

Juston K. Moore of 619 Fourth Ave., is charged with first-degree murder, theft, and two counts of abuse of a corpse stemming from the June 10 incident that resulted in the death of Kelly D. Wadsworth, 60 of Warren.

Moore is being held at the Warren County Jail.

The Warren County District Attorney’s Office said that they were unsure of a timetable for a potential trial and that it would largely depend on the defense’s course of action.

Rachel E. Lasecki, 26, of Warren, faces charges of aggravated indecent assault; institutional sexual assault — school — sexual contact with a student; unlawful contact with minor — sexual offenses; two counts of corruption of minors; and indecent assault.

Lasecki was charged on July 1, 2022, and released on $25,000 unsecured bail.
