RUSSELL, Pa. – The Warren County School District has moved the start time for Friday’s graduation ceremonies to 5 p.m.
Graduation was originally scheduled to start at 6 p.m. but has been moved up due to the threat of inclement weather. The ceremonies at Eisenhower, Sheffield, Youngsville and Warren will be held at the respective football fields for each school.
