Blaine B. Bidwell

Blaine B. “Johnny” Bidwell, 79, of Priest Hollow Road, Russell, passed away Saturday, January 1, 2022, at UPMC Chautauqua.

A resident of Warren and Russell, Pa. all of his life, he was born November 13, 1942, in Jamestown, the son of the late Ivan and Gladys Adams Bidwell, and was a 1960 graduate of Warren Area High School.

He was employed by MRC (SKF) in Falconer, retiring as an inspector.

Johnny was always very interested in trains. He was an animal lover, both cats and dogs, and in earlier years, horses. He was also a great Cleveland Browns and Buffalo Bills fan.

Surviving is his wife, Karen French Bidwell, whom he married in 1988; three stepchildren, Jason Brecht, Jolene Litzue, and Jennifer Carlson, all of Conway, SC; as well as an aunt, uncle, and several cousins. Johnny will also be missed by his longtime breakfast & lunchtime buddies.

No service or visitation will be observed. Inurnment will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Russell.
