Barnes Returns, Dragons Beat Corry To Extend Win Streak to Six

CORRY, Pa. – Warren marked the return of senior Payton Barnes with its sixth consecutive victory, 64-40 over Cory on Tuesday.

Barnes, who missed time with a shoulder injury, netted 11 points in his return, while Parks Ordiway scored a team-high 17 and Ben Berdine 15 for the Dragons, now 12-4 overall.

Berdine scored nine of his 15 points in the first quarter for the Dragons, who built an early 10-point lead.

JT Blum pulled down eight rebounds for the Dragons, while Barnes had six assists and Berdine and Tommy Nyquist five assists.

Nyquist and Blum scored six points apiece.

Tucker Clark had 10 points and Logan Joncas eight for Corry.

Warren is right back at it on Wednesday, traveling to Seneca.
