November 21, 2022

WARREN, Pa. – The City of Warren Police made an arrest stemming from a May 23 robbery at the Country Fair at 413 Pennsylvania Ave. E.

The suspect cannot be named because he was a juvenile at the time of the arrest.

According to the affidavit of probable cause, the individual was identified by witness statements from employees at the store, who gave descriptions of his clothing and voice.

The suspect entered the store, demanded money, left with an undisclosed amount of money, and fled on foot.

Investigators said he “portrayed to have a firearm” during the incident.

Because he was a minor at the time of his arrest, the suspect was interviewed with his parents present.

He has been charged with robbery and theft.

At the time of the incident, he was wearing black or navy-blue sweatpants around his head, a dark gray sweatshirt, light blue shorts, one white sock and one black sock with no shoes.
