Allegheny National Forest Looking for Student Interns

WARREN, Pa. – The USDA Forest Service is hiring temporary student trainees (interns) across the nation and locally.

Internships are available in social sciences, administrative support, natural resources, engineering, and other exciting and rewarding career paths.

The Allegheny National Forest plans to bring on ten student interns in one of six career fields. For the Supervisor’s Office, an engineering intern. For the Bradford Ranger District, two Archeology Interns, two Natural Resources Management and Biological Sciences Interns (Timber), and a Natural Resources Management and Biological Sciences Intern (Biological Science). For the Marienville Ranger District,  an Administration and Office Support Intern, a Natural Resources Management and Biological Sciences Intern (Timber), a Natural Resources Management and Biological Sciences Intern (Recreation), and a Natural Resources Management and Biological Sciences Intern (Biological Science).

Applications are only accepted through www.usajobs.gov from January 5, 2023, through January 27, 2023.
